I would give zero stars if that was an option. Unprofessional is the only way to describe. My experience has been that the agency completely lacks service and curtesy. After a bidding war, the client found out the house went to a different buyer by seeing the listing go to pending on Redfin and never got so much as a curtesy callback to the agent, who repeatedly reached out. I would never use a business that completely lacks integrity even in this market.
I will have to say Mary Burt does not give up and I believe that is the magic of making dreams come true, for her clients. We had a very sensitive situation with our land purchase and she was positive and navigated past all the challenges. I would recommend her to anyone.
