I am an Australian expat living overseas. Remax manages a property for me in Townsville. I recently had a flexihose burst under the sink and it flooded the whole house. Carpets walls etc were a mess. Remax did everything: dealing with the Tennant, making the property safe, arranging trades and repairs and dealing with an insurance company that were so very slow to act. We bought our first house with Marion and teams she is very professional and experienced , she explained everything about the property detail and took us look at the house. She is very calm to explain and give us many advices for a house, and her teams work was done with all paper works very fast and professional. We are never disappointed with her and teams.
I have rented my property through Remax Excellence a number of times over the years and I will continue to do so when I travel for long periods. Their service is professional, they always have the best interests of owners and renters when they place renters into properties.
