It is with regret that I have to write such a poor review; however, given the circumstances, I am compelled to do so. I recently called Marion to discuss a property, but she cut me off mid-sentence and hung up on me. To say she was abrupt and rude is an understatement; had she not been the Director, I would've engaged with her manager for a formal complaint. With such an unprofessional and dismissive individual, I would suggest caution for a buyer or seller.
Marion has recently sold two properties for me. In both instances, the result she achieved exceeded my expectations. Perhaps more impressive was how pro-active she was throughout the sale process. She quickly organised tradies for the small jobs that needed doing, & was admirably consistent in keeping me informed, & progressing the sale. I have no more properties to sell, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to work with Marion again, & I wholeheartedly recommend her.
I recently sold with Mark from Remax, Marks in-depth knowledge not only of Townsville but realestate as a whole has lead to a great outcome. Mark was fantastic with keeping me updated, as well as explaining the process as we moved along. I would definitely use Remax again for future sales and cannot recommend Mark enough.
