Smooth transaction! I was looking for a home to purchase when relocating back to the Wilmington area; I had reached out to a college friend, Travis Beatty and he helped my wife and I purchase our home. The purchase process ran into some wild obstacles from the seller of the property, but without the industry experience and backing of his team, we would not have been able to purchase our home.
