Horrible service Allowed the so called buyer to do his own inspection on my home . Tore out insulation Broke a window took off screens didn't put them back. Very lazy selling Worthless and ignorant!
Vicki is a great agent. She has been living in Harlingen all her life. You get honest feedback as a buyer and it takes lots of patients for home buying. Its the knowledge you want. We were able to make a purchase and the property was within all our requests and the Neighbours are great. Makes a big difference to have someone who just helps and does not push for a sale. I’d give Vicki more stars than just 5. She has been just incredible from the get-go. She showed us homes that other agents declined our request to see!! She showed us several that fit the criteria, but just didn’t quite click, but let me tell ya, when the right one came along, she was Vicki-on-the-spot. Set up the viewing for asap, FaceTimed a walkthrough with us since we couldn’t be there. Immediately SHE knew that was the one for us (and she was so right) and helped to make it all happen. I have worked with Ms. Divine on the purchase of two homes and five investment properties. She has always taken the time to listen to me, to advise me (correctly) on true market price, renovations, and has made the process extremely easy. I don't want to get bogged down running here, going there. She arranges everything, I just arrive for the signing, and we are done.
Called left voice mail as well as sent email about a week ago and have yet to recieve a response. Poor service and lacking customer service
