Agent Gemma Pascual was inattentive and slow, to the point of disrespect. Our agent sent several basic, reasonable requests to her as the selling agent and they were ignored. We bought the house four months ago and the sign post is still on our front lawn, even though Gemma said it would be removed. Her office took my and my agent's calls and she has ignored us. Imagine how hard it will be to solve problems when she is dealing with your million dollar purchase if this is the length we have to go to for a sign post. Abysmal.
