I just got off the phone with the "grant team" well because I work in the Gta which was described, where I am actually in the Durham region. If I didnt sign a buyers representation they would not show me any properties. I have worked in the city and lived in the country (cobourg) my whole life also have had cottages in hastings and plevna.
