Worst first home buyers experience. Because of the listing agents ( mother and daughter duo)
had mail sent to an old residence by mistake in which the realtor took said mail down to the remax building and held it for a period of time without notifying myself, once I found out the situation and contacted them they sent all my mail back to the return address out of spite. Absolute jokes to work with avoid at all costs
The place I'm renting is for sale and there are daily viewings. The majority of realtors have been very respectful (hence the 3 stars) but one ruined my trust by entering my locked suite unannounced with a group of 4/5 men, over 2 hours after the time I had agreed to. I had already left my house for an hour earlier in the day when I was told they were going to be there so I believed the viewing had already taken place.
