EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. My family and I put in an application for a home they had being leased, I was l told by the agent that he wanted us to fill out a paper application so we wouldn’t pay for the application fee for no reason. We were then told that out of all the applicants they liked us the most and moved forwards with us. Me and my fiancé worked with Vilma she was very affective and sweet we were able to communicate with her at all times, she did an amazing job with walking us threw the Process and making sure me and my family were placed in our home with ease I can’t thank you enough you were great !!!
Mark did me wrong. He could have gotten my home sold, but he made sure that the buyers kept the retainer fee when in fact I deserved to keep the retainer fee. As for Tony, the commercial real estate agent that Mark referred me to, stay away! The most manipulative, and dishonest real estate agent I have encountered. This remax team even tried to get me to sign a document that was false. This document would have lost me my property. BEWARE.
