I urge any and everyone to avoid this real estate company. One of their realtors Terri K. has absolutely zero customer service and posts the most hateful rhetoric online. I for one will be recommending any other realtor in the area to people I know.
Jeanie Modica has been wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her. She helped us sell our home in Cinco Ranch about 5 years ago. More recently, she was instrumental in helping us to relocate back to Katy by helping us find a new luxury home. Jeanie really understands this market and we think she is the best in Katy.

Buyers/Sellers Beware WARNING: My TERRIBLE REMAX Experience with Remax Cinco Ranch. Buyers, beware! My recent home purchase was a nightmare thanks to REMAX Cinco Ranch agent Adrian Martinez. He told us the new roof wouldn't have a warranty unless we paid extra for soffit/fascia work. After closing, the roof leaked everywhere. Turns out, the "installer" was Adrian Martinez's brother – a handyman, not a licensed roofer as required by contract! His brother even confirmed the roof never had a warranty. EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. My family and I put in an application for a home they had being leased, I was l told by the agent that he wanted us to fill out a paper application so we wouldn’t pay for the application fee for no reason. We were then told that out of all the applicants they liked us the most and moved forwards with us.
