Lacking tact and customer service. There is a distressed property located near our home in Naples, that we noticed while out in the neighborhood. We looked up the property online. Quote "Please contact listing agent with any questions or to schedule a private showing (cell number included)." So, I did just that. Initially, I received absolutely NO response from "Rod" and upon confirming correct contact information, I received a defensive phone call, assumingly from someone in "Rod's" Re/Max office.
