Matt Page is a horrible agent. We had a house under contract with him, and decided to get out of it, in large part because of the agent's lack of professionalism and frank rudeness during phone conversations. He misrepresented his property from the beginning. His listing did not include one of the bedrooms, and he called the property "crisp and perfect."
