Unbelievable group of Realtors. Bob Leonard, Diane Craig, William Rosenthal etc., all are the Creme de le Creme.
Do not give these people your business. We viewed one of their rental properties. We were told no applications had been received. We signed a form stating they follow FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED practices in regards to applications received. Dropped off our paper application (who still uses paper applications) AND $110 app fee on 10-28. Still no mention of applications received.
