Working with Dylan Knecht and The Apex Group at RE/MAX Revealty was a great experience all around. As the builder rep on the transaction, I appreciated how responsive, professional, and involved Dylan was throughout the entire process. He did a great job advocating for his clients while also keeping communication clear and productive between all parties involved. In new construction, timing and communication are everything, and Dylan consistently stayed on top of details to help keep the process smooth from contract to closi... read more
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping clients succeed. One of the very best agents in Central Ohio!
Working with Dylan was an incredible experience. He’s thoughtful, an expert in the field and allowed us to both buy and sell without a lot of the stress that typically comes with the process. His attention to detail at every step of the process was impressive to say the least. He always put our concerns first and made sure we were comfortable with every step along the way. Dylan’s just a great human and it’s refreshing to work with someone of his caliber. We can’t recommend him enough.
Dylan and Jake were incredible to work with! They made the home search easy and took the time to truly explain everything! Highly recommend!
