Jeffrey Roberts was a great fit for helping us find our first home! He was very professional, but easy going. He communicated very well and always listened to our concerns. We highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home!

As the listing agent Bryan told us that his client has accepted the offer and would have them sign the contract. A day later he calls to tell us that his client got another offer that we need to submit our best offer. If you want a agent with zero integrity and word means nothing this is the guy for you. If you see a house that he is selling I would move on from it. This guys word means nothing and I would assume this company is about the same.
Gross negligence to the point of putting peoples lives in danger. Currently renting an apartment with that was provided with zero fire provisions and is a violation of the fire code. Landlord is required to provide these things by law. Still dealing with other issues with the apartment that have been ignored for well over a year. These issue are laid out quite clearly in Ohio revised code. If safety and well being are a concern for you, I would steer clear of this terrible organization. Sue Malott contracted me to do a home inspection and then failed to pay me. Further, on that same property she went between me and the buyer and set up deals that the buyer later reneged on and failed to pay. She is not to be trusted she will say or do ANYTHING to make a dollar.
