À peine sortie de chez le notaire pour la transmission du titre d’une propriété dans le cadre d’une succession, l’agent Joseph Perret m’envoie une lettre directement à mon domicile pour offrir ses services. Vraiment???? On dirait un vautour qui recherche une proie… Cette façon de faire des «affaires» dénote un manque flagrant de délicatesse dans une situation difficile. Quel manque de jugement!
Absolutely horrible experience! I was so excited to look at a beautiful apartment in lachine which is close to where my son lives. An agent named Carole called me and started in french, I apologized for not speaking very good french as I am from nova scotia... the vibe from there was horrible! I could hear her contempt after that. The agent then sent an email and accidentally cc'ed me to it where she completely assasinated my character. Worst experience 🤮 we were the first visitor for an apartment…Sandra Pasquariello showed us the apartment but we were waiting more than 3 weeks to have an answer for that apartment . We called but she never called us back...What an irresponsible and impolite staff! ..Anyway, after a long while, they refused us to give us that rent with some senseless logic..actually they provide the apartment for the people who has lot of money and great job..this is the policy of the remax..what a shame!!
Very Bad the rental policy..They provide the apartment based on people income and work..for instance: if 10 people visit an apartment for rent and among them the Remax staff will choose one that’s why it’s really hard to find an apartment nowadays…they just waste people time
