Great experience!
Very quick but thorough duct and vent cleaning. Removed panels and vacuumed the AC unit. Also, cleaned the louvre door that houses my AC unit. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. My house feels fresh and I am already breathing better. Only issue I had is that there were tiny white specs of paint on one of my furniture pieces (it is directly under a vent). I had to lightly scrape them off so that it didn’t ruin the wood finish.
Excellent communication and service. Team came during the scheduled window, solved my issue, and even took time to demonstrate what the cause was to prevent this from happening again. Incredibly nice and helpful team! Thanks!
We hired R&E to do vent cleaning, mold remediation, and crawlspace encapsulation. We had some issues with project coordination, but after voicing my concerns, R&E was quick to resolve the situation and they did great quality work. Thank you!
