went in and was not greeted by anyone, one employee looked at me and didn’t even smile. they were also vacuuming while i was in the store the entire time. nobody said a word to me when i left either.
This, along with ereloom, is the only place in the area to buy truly fashionable clothing. They have a stylish selection and will save you a trip to the big city. The staff is helpful and personable. You just know you got the good stuff when you shop here.
Cute stuff, but it’s frustrating that they carry brands which offer women’s XL size clothing (Faherty, Rails), but only have clothes in size XS-L. Same for jeans and shorts - could only find 1 32 in the entire store, saw maybe 2 31s, almost everything was 25-29.
Went in today to use a leftover credit that I had from returning a couple of pair of jeans. I thought it was odd that the card, was just a business card for the store with a written amount. I walked in to the store an asked a young lady if this was indeed a credit and she said yes and that it was as good as cash so be sure to hang to it. Try and avoid the short white blonde lady at the register. She is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Definitely not the experience you want shopping at a boutique. YUK!
