These people actually care. All staff I have had the pleasure of being in contact with are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly understand addiction and mental illness. I went into their iop program with little to no hope i would get anything out of it, I was wrong, not only have I learned so much, I enjoy showing up. Thanks you guys.
I was referred to Re-Group through the Ashland Middle School for my daughter. After meeting with Chase, a counselor/behavioral specialist, I was given some details about the services provided. The pamphlet described a wide array of beneficial programs that assist families, encourage children, and work with school staff to create a care plan tailored to the individual needs. I had a very frustrating experience here. I went for an in depth mental health screener. They did around 6 hours of interviews and testing, and did about a 1 hour phone interview with my mother. Then when I got my results back I was told that they disregarded my interview because I was being “overly negative” and only scored me based on what my mother said. And then gave me a diagnosis that made absolutely no sense for me, which I did bring up with other mental health professionals and they said that it was completely wrong.
