I was able to schedule and have John come out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issues and explained everything thoroughly. Update: Had them replace an AC condenser and air handler and it was completed within the day. So far it’s working well!
3rd time reviewing this R.E. Graves. This time, it is for a a complete hvac system replacement. I was provided several system options and price points. Extremely informational and knowledgeable, helped me out a lot with both of my units. Gave me some tips and such on usage, maintenance, and other general stuff. They didn’t just come and get the job done, they made sure I was all good with the work and understood what was done and what any potential problems were prior. They were so helpful that I even decided to get a full new unit install for one that was having issues upstairs (my house has 2 units)
Graves Heating & Cooling Services are exceptional! Called around to numerous outfits, theirs was the first to offer alternatives to my ancient unit.
