John and Chris replaced our old HVAC system with a new more efficient system. They were very clean and professional and made sure to answer any questions we had. They took the time to explain to my wife and I the features of the new system as well as the benefits of going to a dual fuel system. RE Graves is amazing, they really have integrity and take amazing care of their customers. They saved me thousands of dollars by performing a simple leaks repair while boothe tried to upsell me on a completely new system before they even really looked at it. RE Graves will be my go to and first call for all my HVAC work. The tech John was great at communicating and made me feel comfortable and confident about the work being done.
I had to adjust my time of service. They were very accommodating about that. Then when he arrived, the issue was not what I thought it was at all. Instead of just leaving, he identified what could be the problem (it was hard to know without him actually seeing my furnace trip) He replaced the likely problem (my thermostat) and it’s worked perfectly since. This was my first experience with them but, if need be, they will be who I contact with any additional issues.
Graves did an excellent job replacing my entire HVAC system in a day. Chris and John were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did not leave my house until everything was functioning properly. They also took the time to setup my thermostat and explain the system to me. Graves was reasonably priced compared to the prices that people I know payed to have their HVAC system replaced.
The R.E. Graves technician, Chris came on time and fixed my heatpump with a new fan motor. He was knowledgeable and kindly explained what he was doing. I highly recommend Chris.
