You could not ask for a better company to deal with. I've been a contractor for 50 years and Wills workmanship is the best I've experienced since I came to Connecticut in 2007. It was a complete bathroom remodel with walk in shower, vanity and jacuzzi. Will handled everything, soup to nuts.
Very efficient and helpful scheduling person when you call. William paid great attention to the details and problem-solving needed to work out our plumbing issue.
William was very nice. The cost was outrageous...$225 for a hour ..attempted to snake a very slow drain. He couldn't get it snaked..and we got charged this rate which is really so way out of line. I have since looked up what the average hourly rate is for plumbers on southeastern CT and learned the high end is @ $90.00 per hour.
