I love this studio because they challenge you but offer alternatives with no shame if you need to back off on some moves. Each instructor has a different flow so try a couple to see which one works with your physical ability. They're all super positive and make you feel good for coming in. These workouts can be tough so expect to be sore the next day. I've always preferred Lagree pilates over any other.
Was late for a 5pm class because I work and live in Houston. The instructor made a B line for me like I was a child trying to skip class. She very loudly asked my name and made a comment about the timing. I was refused entry which is acceptable and understandable, but there is a way to handle these situations and I don’t think a very loud and public announcement is necessary. I’ll book another time before I fully judge but I found the instructor’s reaction excessive.
Great studio and good energy. I’m glad I was able to find a studio while a I was travelling. I will definitely be back in May on my next work trip!
Amazing studio and such a fantastic workout method. I suffer from back and neck pain but have experienced a huge improvement after the core strengthening that Lagree excels at. I am always sore the next day but have never come away with any injuries. Can't recommend this place enough!!
Great instructors. They are very friendly and make new clients feel welcomed and encouraged!
