Great place to work out! Really helpful trainers. These workouts really help improve my athletic performance in other areas!!
They care about your success and push you every class. I am happy with my investment. If I hadn’t come here, I wouldn’t have been serious at a regular gym. It’s been a month, and I’m starting to notice muscle groups showing. Every day is a challenge, but with baby steps and consistency, progress happens. The trainers are nice, and I feel comfortable being here despite my large belly and loose skin. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new start.
The instructor no showed an early morning class. Very disappointing
