Contrary to a negative review earlier, we found Re-cycle owner Steven to be hard-working, easy to deal with and extremely competent. And its a great place to go to for us snowbirds. We bought 2 used bikes for the month of February and then Steven bought them back at half price at the end. Cost us $90 total for the month compared to $400 (2 x $200/month) at a bicycle rental place. Such a good deal and the bikes were great. Can't beat it.
owners let me leave with a bike that had a bent fork and gears that needed to be worked on and the axial was bent. Upon returning the bike I was told by the owner that he didn't have my money that I just gave him 15 minutes prior and to come back tomorrow. Dishonest liars ! BEWARE BECARE! THIS PLACE GIVES BIKE SHOPS A BAD NAME!

He's an honest guy at reasonable prices, I've brought several bike to him for tune ups and never been unhappy. I don't think the one negative review is legitimate.
