They did a great Job in installing Panasonic reverse-cycle ducted Aircon. We're now looking forward to them completing it by installing the additional cooling / heating sensors, etc. soon, so that the thermostats can work even better.
100 do not go with them, break something and run away, never pick up the phone and take the reponsibilty ..
They did a good Job in installing ducted Aircon BUT never finished it properly as it's missing vital sensors throughout the house! House OVER-HEATS when using Heating, and FREEZES when cooling. Joe keeps giving me FALLS PROMISES that he will come and rectify it and NEVER turns up. He doesn't respond AT ALL when we chase him up. It's now giving both my partner and I anxiety, and we're now considering going to Fair Trading.
