Everyone was very nice and attentive! The facility is clean and very welcoming. Kaitlyn and Andrea were very understanding and helped me with my back/neck pain. Crystal was super duper nice!
I received orthopedic physical therapy for a minor fracture and grade 2 sprain of my right ankle. After just one session with Kaitlin McBride, I immediately felt much better. The team was incredibly effective in strengthening my ankle, and it ultimately ended up stronger than before the injury. Northwest Rehabilitation Association has an excellent MedBridgeGO app for an exercise program. Micheal F is an excellent therapist. Communicates precisely what information needed to understand purpose each exercise, sets a goal and explains what the results should be. Micheal listens very carefully and is an excellent therapist. Katelyn also is wonderful and worked through the issues and questions I had. Thank you all. You’re very appreciated.
My experience at NWRA Physical Therapy has been amazing. Andrea and Kaitlin have helped me get through lower back pain. Working with them has been so good and the therapy sessions and exercises have helped tremendously. Highly recommend NWRA.
Experience was great went there for shoulder pain as a basketball and football player they were very inviting and helped the pain dissapear!
