Beth was so great , prompt and helpful....
Signed a year long lease in December of 2023 and ended up having to move early due to unforeseen circumstances. The entire duration of my stay, I was treated with nothing but kindness by Mr. Brooks and Beth, who were both incredibly accommodating and responsive. I even received a portion of my deposit back in the mail after move out. I have no idea why the reviews here are so abysmally low. The realtors will extort qualified applicants for rentals by saying that the owner requested double the security deposit based on xyz to make commission. The more eager the candidate is to be selected based on need for housing, the more they will attempt to extort them. They also are very unpleasant to talk to and will not answer calls or texts. Realtors requested 5600 to move into a house in a rural area and I am not the first to experience this.
I have been a tenant for 4 years. Started out with 1 year and extended it. I am TOTALLY satisfied with RE Brooks Realtors. Top shelf service, professionalism and kindness. I have highly recommended them and and will continue to do so.
