You would think that if you spent just under $18,000 for a SMALL bath remodel that it would be done professionally. NOT the case. Things that were paid for on the contract were not installed, or installed in the wrong place. And they put screws through our door and then shoddily patched it. When I tried to call and go over the problems NO ONE would return my calls. I had to call the Las Vegas number to even get anyone to answer. They sent the same crappy installer out to fix it and he AGAIN forgot to bring the missing items.... read more
