I really hate having to resort to a negative Google review to get someone from Re-Bath to respond to my 7 or 8 requests for help with a warranty issue, but it might finally get results. After leaving numerous requests to the warranty coordinator, Robin Wylde, I've decided to go this route because I've run out of options. They seem to be really responsive when you're a potential customer but fall short taking care of their existing ones. Just return my calls Re-Bath so I can get my issue taken care of!!
Re-bath did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel! Our house was built in 1919 so there were some very challenging spots, but they breezed right through it like the pro's they are. Jordan, Nick, and Coleman were knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. They answered questions and kept us informed from demo to finish, and treated us (and our curious dog) as if we were their own family. We are beyond happy with this company and their amazing employees!
So far we have had a good experience with Re-bath. The workers have been pleasant to work with. Our sales rep has been great. The end result is very good. However at the date of this review our project is not complete.
Outstanding service by installation team! Courteous, kind efficient. I highly recommend them !? Only one problem is they did not attach heater vent under the vanity.
