A horrible experience with the company. Where do i begin multiple issues late on delivery and install date, no one checked or verified materials once received, found out after install starting missing many pieces, including, fax exhaust kit and motor for custom hood, moulding, veneers, etc. Apparently measurements were not done correctly. Installer stated so and then tried to paint over existing veneers instead of fixing correctly and per contract on what HO has paid for. Company owners, are ignoring all calls and texts ... read more
A horrible experience there is no way this company was a 5.0 rating . So many things went wrong I've lost count . I have spoke with other customers who had issues. Let me starting by saying VERY UNprofessional and no business edicate. First of all minimal or late communication with original POC (point of contact). I am so happy I found this company. One of the big issues we had with our townhome was the bathrooms. The cabinets were old and the space wasn't being used efficiently. I looked into the project and it just seemed like it was going to be too expensive and I didn't know who I could actually trust that wasn't going to take advantage of me because I had never done something like this.
