RDW Plumbing is very professional and does quality work.
Requested they replace shower handle. Took them 4-5 visits to get it right. This is a plumbing company? They charge for every visit without informing you. You the customer get to pay for their learning. Shower handle bill was over $1k. Was fascinated by their lack of communication that I was still being charged for every visit of them to learn and it took a week between visits. Every time I was told it would be handled next visit. When all was said and done they left tools behind.
Had RDW come out to fix a toilet that was not flushing right. Last minute I asked for additional work to my sink which I hacked together and thought I just needed a AAV valve as it wasn’t venting correctly. They went above and beyond and re-did everything I touched. Can finally use my downstairs toilet and my second sink because it now drains properly due to proper air flow. Cleaned up and Couldn’t even tell they were there. Thanks! Quality work!
Don’t!!! Called them to replace leaking shower head. Took more than 3 trips, multiple we need to order a new part. Then they finally got it. Left their Milwaukee drill behind and I called for them to pick it back up. (Hindsight wishes I wasn’t honest and just kept it). Then you get an invoice for over 1k. Call to inquire on the price.
