We had our water heater go out on us RDW came over on time and fixed it so glad it just needed a new part so they saved us money on buying a new water heater. They are reliable and professional.

I have use RDW Plumbing many times over the last 10 years for plumbing replacements, repairs and remodeling in my home. They have done excellent work. It has been easy to make appointments with them for work and a couple of emergencies. They are professional and very knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Were nice when they came out. Asked for an estimate for orangeburg replacement. Charged us for a scope, even though we had already had one and 3 months later still never gave us our estimate… just took $150 for nothing.

I called to get an estimate for some work we wanted done. A gentleman came out on 7/6 to look at what we wanted done. His say they would get an estimate to me sometime that week. On 7/9 since I hadden seen an email with a quote yet, I called to make sure they had my correct email. Was told they did and would have the quote out shortly.... 7/17 still waiting for that quote.. I guess they don't need the work that bad!
