Went Dec 22 to buy garbage bags . Closed and a note on the door states it is closed due to non payment of rent ? Store looks full of supplies still .
We love this place for all our hot tub needs. Bought a hot tub a few years ago from Gary's and had issues with it. Gary's were of no help so we went to RDS and they spent hours and helped solve our issue.
Had Ryan come do a service call on hot tube. Said we needed a new pump. After weeks still no pump. When I asked he would not text me back. Completely ghosted me. Girl at front desk was very rude when I ask for information. Hired a new person done in a week. But when he looked at it Ryan had broke parts that where not broke before.
We had Ryan install our new pool in June. A few days later the water had leaked beneath the jets and skimmer. The liner was bad. Ryan said he would come and replace the liner and cover the labour. We are still waiting and now they do not respond to texts emails or phone calls. The pool will probably collapse because it cannot be winterized. Unfortunately we paid them in full and this is the thanks we get. Guess we will have to go to court
Normally I love this place. A little upset the hrs weren’t updated but that doesn’t make me want to leave 1 star review Operatating Hours are wrong as I Drove here after work as site said open till 5:30 but they apparently have winter hrs now Posting here so no one else makes the unnecessary drive to find them closed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9 to noon Sunday closed
