Shannon and her crew were great to work with! Her team was professional, courteous, and worked quickly. We had all the windows replaced, a new sliding glass door installed, and a storm door put in and are happy with the quality. Our AC unit was really struggling to keep our house cool, but there is a big difference afterward, even in the Texas summer heat!
Absolutely thrilled with RDS Windows! David and Shannon were a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. David went the extra mile with multiple site visits and thoughtful answers to all our questions. The window installation turned out perfect, and the siding repair was beautifully done. Highly recommend without hesitation!
Shannon & her team at RDS were wonderful to work with! She was so flexible and so well priced. I especially loved the team who came out and did the installation - Darrel - he took his time and really cared that everything was straight / flush / would work right. Exactly who you want working on your house. Also - as a woman I felt very safe with her team in my house when it was just me or me and my daughter.

RDS Doors & Windows did an excellent job in replacing our windows. From the moment they made contact up to the completion of the work, the process when smoothly & very efficiently. Shannon, Nick & Candace were very professional & accommodating. They always kept us updated. Sam, the window installer, & his crew were awesome and worked non-stop until they were completely done. They were very careful during the installation and did a great clean-up work after. I highly recommend RDS Doors & Windows!
