The whole experience was great, from when Shannon and Dave first came to our home to prepare the estimate and give us options, to keeping us updated as we waited for the doors to be manufactured, right up to install day. We had a great experience using RDS. They installed a beautiful sliding door and 3 windows. 3 of our windows that were put in by a different company years back, and they always leaked when it rained. When RDS came out they told us the issue and fixed the problem. Now when it rains I don't cringe. I am so happy with their work and their customer service. I will definitely be using them again.
