Two years after our remodel we are still repairing the problems he left behind. Grout cracking. Grout crumbling. Plaster on ceiling peeling. The list goes on. The crew came and went as they pleased. Sometimes not showing up at all. They rushed through every aspect of the job to get it done fast and get our check. Basically a pretty bandaid that was never meant to last. I can not recommend any work associated with RDS Construction or Cody Shirley.
We only met with this company for an initial consultation for our bathroom renovation. They were professional, however I did feel that they should have been more personable. My wife and I work in sales. We know from experience that if you don't connect with a client on a personal level your chances of getting the business goes down. Insert some warmth, in addition to your professionalism, for your business meetings.
These guys are fast, fair, and easy to work with.
