Extremely disappointed! Poor pride of craftsmanship and even less integrity. My office placed a large order with this company. We were quoted the project would take 4-6 weeks. In the end it took closer to 12-13 weeks. RDS finagled their way into getting all the money up front before delivery, even though the agreement was 1/3 to start, 1/3 at delivery, and 1/3 upon completion. My son had cabinets custom made for his room, they did an excellent job. Cabinets required an L shape design which they did and they work perfectly, craftsmanship is excellent and not too pricey. Also had them make two cabinet doors to replace the damaged ones in my kitchen, which came out nice. I would recommend them. I remain a customer for any future projects.
