I called RDR on the afternoon of December 3rd due to an emergency septic pump out and inspection that I needed done ASAP. I reached Ron immediately when I called and let me tell you, this man is amazing! He listened to me in my frantic state and asked all of the important questions, and was fully in tune with what I needed done. I live in the country near Juneau which is actually a bit out of his normal service area but he was very accommodating. I have used RDR a few times over the years. They are always very responsive to my call and to my needs. I called them at 8 am, and there was a truck there 1 hour later. I definitely recommend RDR for their services. Kyle who was there today was polite, courteous, and professional. Thank you so very much! And you guys did a great job!

Owner is extremely rude, called because we wanted to support area small business, he told us they could be here within 2 weeks, after not hearing anything for almost 4 weeks, we called to find out status, spoke directly to owner, he was very rude, and said that if we wrote a bad review he would pursue legal action. We never said anything about leaving a bad review, but after this, I felt we needed to just let people know our experience. Contacted another company they were here within 3 business days
