I have used RDR a few times over the years. They are always very responsive to my call and to my needs. I called them at 8 am, and there was a truck there 1 hour later. I definitely recommend RDR for their services. Kyle who was there today was polite, courteous, and professional. Thank you so very much! And you guys did a great job!

Owner is extremely rude, called because we wanted to support area small business, he told us they could be here within 2 weeks, after not hearing anything for almost 4 weeks, we called to find out status, spoke directly to owner, he was very rude, and said that if we wrote a bad review he would pursue legal action. We never said anything about leaving a bad review, but after this, I felt we needed to just let people know our experience. Contacted another company they were here within 3 business days
I left a voicemail for my septic inspection/pumping 4 business days ago and still have not received a response. If they are not accepting new customers or have a family emergency they could easily change their voicemail. Very unprofessional. I just called Dvorak in Cottage Grove, their customer service picked up on the first ring and they are sending a truck out within 3 business days at a reasonable price (approximately $200). Don't waste your time with RDR.
