I would give him 10 out of five stars if I could! He was super personable and professional. He walked us through everything and even let us watch the scope camera video! He also prepared us for the worst and let us hope for the best but everything turned out great! He was in and out in an hour and a half and super fair priced. I’ve already recommended him to my mom too!

Ryk (like Rick) was super friendly and casual, yet serious and professional at the same time. He helped to inspect and clear the sewer line from my house toward the city line and sent before and after videos for myself and the prospective buyers of my home for a fairly reasonable price. On a Sunday evening and all of a sudden both sewage drain in the basement started to overflow and water was backing up into the house. We called EPCOR and all they did was transferred me into a queue for someone to come tomorrow. I was lucky enough to get RDR referral from another person. Rick arrived in 30 mins and got to work right away. The clog was mainly due to tree roots that wrap around the pipe and he also found a wipe as well. The world needs more professionals like Ryk. We (due entirely to our own bad luck) have needed Ryk's services 3 times over the last many years. Each and everytime my wife and I are blown away by the care and time he takes to not only fix our problems but give us great advice. Ryk is professional, courteous and quick. I realize that this google review risks sounding over the top but I feel so compelled to say these things because a simple 5 star review just doesnt seem good enough. The world needs more professionals like Ryk.
