Had to get our drain line cleaned out for the completion of our house sale and RDR was recommended to us from another plumbing company that couldn't provide the camera service. Ryk was prompt, courteous and fast. Although we had to remove the toilet to get access, he did this with care and replaced it with the same. Line was completely cleared and the video was awesome quality for the inspector/buyers needs. Price was fair for the service performed. I highly recommend RDR Camera and Auger if you need this service.

I would give him 10 out of five stars if I could! He was super personable and professional. He walked us through everything and even let us watch the scope camera video! He also prepared us for the worst and let us hope for the best but everything turned out great! He was in and out in an hour and a half and super fair priced. I’ve already recommended him to my mom too!

Ryk (like Rick) was super friendly and casual, yet serious and professional at the same time. He helped to inspect and clear the sewer line from my house toward the city line and sent before and after videos for myself and the prospective buyers of my home for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks Ryk!

On a Sunday evening and all of a sudden both sewage drain in the basement started to overflow and water was backing up into the house. We called EPCOR and all they did was transferred me into a queue for someone to come tomorrow. I was lucky enough to get RDR referral from another person. Rick arrived in 30 mins and got to work right away. The clog was mainly due to tree roots that wrap around the pipe and he also found a wipe as well.
