Highly recommend RDP Services. I initially contacted them for an estimate on replacing a badly leaking outdoor spigot. Richard immediately got back to me, and after sending him a picture of the spigot, we worked out a quote, time and day for replacement. Richard was on time, professional and very responsive to my texts. The old spigot was saudered on which I wasn't aware of and difficult to remove, but Richard was very patient and had it fixed in a timely manner. The pipe to my water meter burst. It was on a Sunday. RDP Services LLC was recommended by a neighbor. I called Monday morning and in less than 2 hours, he was at my door to repair. His rates are reasonable. He provided an estimate before he started. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely will call him for any future plumbing issues.
RDP services is a very professional and excellent company. Richard, the plumber who came out, drove two hours on a Sunday to come help clear my backed up sewer line! He was very helpful and informative. He was also very honest with me and didn’t stop working till he had cleared both a clog in my line and a clog in the city’s line. The price was extremely affordable and reasonable. Will definitely both use again and recommend them to others!
Unfortunately we had to replace our water line after a burst and horrible leaking. But, fortunately for us, we found RDP Plumbing! Richard and his team came out and installed a new water line. They were efficient and got the job done in less time than we expected. Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable. We highly recommend RDP Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
