Saturday morning my upstairs bathroom shower faucet wouldn't shut off. I asked a family member for a number to a plumber. I contacted Richard and within one hour or so he came out and fixed my tub faucet. I am pleased with the work that was done and I am happy that I called.

I had an issue with my toilet at home and needed help on very short notice. He responded right away and was able to come out quickly, which I truly appreciated. He fixed the problem efficiently and did an amazing job. Everything is working perfectly now! He was professional, reliable, and clearly knows his craft. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust when plumbing issues pop up unexpectedly. As a single female homeowner it’s difficult finding professional plumbers that don't make you uncomfortable. Richard made me feel safe, comfortable, & at ease. My toilet flooded and wouldn’t unclog he came within the hour and quickly resolved the problem ! 10/10 service
