Horrible bought a chainsaw and the thing was crap from the start. The chain would loosen everytime i used the saw so bad that I had to remove a link, then the chain would jump off the bar, and I had to get a new bar. Took it in, and they told me it was my fault. Got it back same thing. Then the clutch bearing went out and one of the studs stripped out. Took it back in said it would cost me $350 to fix it .they have had it more than I have fixing crap on it. Dropped in at recommendation from Ranch and Home who didn’t have the spark plug I needed. In about 3 minutes Mario located it in the drawers behind him. It’s so refreshing to get good help these days. Not only did he quickly find the part, he pulled up the diagram of my Honda Generators carb, asked what was going on and showed me a few other places to clean and check.
