This is the only place in town that does warranty on john deere lawn tractors. So far they jave jad my mower a week and it still has not gotten looked at. Also they service department will not call you back.
Great customer service
We just bought our second John Deer lawn tractor, the first was in 2004 and currently has 730 hours and is still running strong. As a precaution, we decided to get a slight upgrade. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted and welcomed. During our time there, discussing our trade in, purchase, and other lawn care topics, we were offered coffee and/or water. RDO performed an annual service on my riding mower. The customer service was fantastic setting the pickup. The sevice took a bit longer than estimated, but when it was returned the work had all been done well.
