This place is joke! Tried calling for parts on a saturday. First time I was on hold for 20 min. Second time I was on hold for over 30 min.

I went to RDO Kennewick in search of a John Deere X350 lawn mower. They didn’t have one at the time so I purchased an X370 instead. Mario and Michael were very helpful in answering all my questions and it is obvious they are Very Professional. I will definitely be back for my next purchase! Called rdo for a motor replacement on my lawn mower, had parts avalible and was told it was a 5 to 7 day turn around. I was going to do it my self figured the price and time was not bad they quoted me 4 hrs so i decided for them to do it. Dropped off mower, after first week thay said i was 6th in line, call 2 weeks after now mine is possibly next. Horrible bought a chainsaw and the thing was crap from the start. The chain would loosen everytime i used the saw so bad that I had to remove a link, then the chain would jump off the bar, and I had to get a new bar. Took it in, and they told me it was my fault. Got it back same thing. Then the clutch bearing went out and one of the studs stripped out. Took it back in said it would cost me $350 to fix it .they have had it more than I have fixing crap on it.
