If you need anything from RDO go to the Ada location. They are top notch in customer service. It doesn't matter if you're just buying a mower or up $100,000 piece of equipment you are important to them.
This is a poor company to try and purchase parts from I placed an order, than received they would cancel it if I did not confirm within 1 day. After that they sent me a email saying "It looks like AT178413, AT178413, and AT170173 are obsolete". Why have them available on their web site if they are not available. After that they emailed and cancelled the complete order, 10 parts total. What a scam and waste of my time. This was my first order with RDO and it will be the last. They don't have good help ! The guy could not understand what the belt was for.He would not get off the stool and look to see if they had the right belt.
