This is a poor company to try and purchase parts from I placed an order, than received they would cancel it if I did not confirm within 1 day. After that they sent me a email saying "It looks like AT178413, AT178413, and AT170173 are obsolete". Why have them available on their web site if they are not available. After that they emailed and cancelled the complete order, 10 parts total. What a scam and waste of my time. This was my first order with RDO and it will be the last. Great young man behind the counter. Asked for the parts needed and he filled the order in short time and was correct parts.
Their mechanics are amazing! We're owner operators. When we arrived to pick up our load, the pin on our RGN broke. They took time to fix our trailer, which they did not have to do. They really got us out of a bind. We really do appreciate their help. Thanks!
This place is always kind ( to a dummy like me), they go the extra mile to get it done on time. I don’t have a single negative.
