Why is the service department so poorly trained and managed. Bad attitude, no accountability and no communication. Who ever is in charge is doing bad business. Mechanics also driving crazy is not safe.
I couldn’t imagine owning a company with an employee that causes an accident in A COMPANY TRUCK jeopardizing others lives and then hides from the insurance company to avoid paying for the damage he caused. Do better RDO!
