Customer service is not the problem, but pricing is. Much more expensive than may other places. To be specific, I needed a radiator replaced in a chipper, you quoted me $3500, I called the parts directly from the manufacturer they quoted me $1400 + shipping. Having the same part replaced last year with quality service I was charged $2000. Upon asking how long it took them to repair the radiator they said 2 hours, mind you this is not a diesel equipment shop where my work was done at, meaning they did not have proper equipmen... read more
