Worst rental experience I have ever had!!!! I first contacted them and filled out all paperwork. I had rented from the previously without a problem. This time however, I was flipped from person to person for two weeks!! Then I was charged over $3100 more than I was quoted!!! I told them on day one that I was going to prepay with a wire. They waited until I had 2 guys sitting around for 4 days to give me an amount. Zero transparency. Still have not received an invoice to justify charges. Next time I will pay someone else more... read more
