I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my chipper for a recall service and they lost my air filter cap. A part that cost $70 and that I had to pay for. They are losing business over $70. I thought that was pretty pathetic for a company that sells $60,000-$100,000 chippers. All I wanted was a new one and I would have been a happy camper.
