Parts counter people are very c I urteous and knowledgeable.
Disgusting service department. Whatever jerk you got in that white trailer is of no help and wants to be of no help to anyone. Took a missile in to see if it was done for or serviceable or good to go. Offered to pay what needed to be paid but the guy comes out after 1 minute telling us they don’t have a compressor they can test it with. To begin with he didn’t seem like he wanted to help with his demeanor and beginning with telling us he doesn’t think they’ll be able to help without even checking first. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After spending over $12,000 and going through 5 clutches they never found the issue and would not work with us to come to solution. They kept our chipper for over a year and so we ended up out all the money for a broken machine and had to buy a whole different chipper. Worst customer service ever! Every person I talked to would ignore our calls and kept saying we will call you back with no follow up.
