Parts department is terrible. Had a great experience with one of the office guys helping put together something a few weeks back, so thought I would never leave. Even with the higher prices I was under the impression that these guys were top notch. Went back thinking this will be great, they will get me set up. Boy was I wrong. Arrogant, rude, un helpful are the first words that come to mind. All good though, found a locally owned business north of town who will now spend my money and appreciate it.
If I could give 0 stars I would do not answer the phone, terrible customer service (parts department especially). Would not recommend when their corporate office even indicates they have had several complaints about the Kalispell Store.
I drove to Pape machinery in Sandpoint, Idaho and saved $18,000 on a John Deere 5090 salesman never even bothered to follow up after sending us a quote
Friday 6-13-25...called 3 times all morning and afternoon...no answer or return calls...Answer your phone! Im buying from local Kalispell Kubota Dealer
