I’m here again one year later. I have dropped off huge wheel loader . Everything is in a right place. Safety yellow everywhere. Nice and clean area. I am really appreciate Craig 🤝He has helped me late time on Friday . Thank you RDO for your good friendly team workers
Shout out to Parts Manager Mike Carr; I needed a pin for a non Deere excavator because I wasn't getting the help that I needed or expected from the actual dealership where I bought the machine from. Mike said "give me some time and I will see what I can do" 2 days later he texted me the information on what I needed. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable parts staff. Thank you Mike!!!
