First of all, I like to say that I operate Both Vermeer and John Deere Equipment, and love them both. I have no problem with the equipment. I have a problem with their sales team on the Vermeer side. Steve Wren was the sales agent that I contacted to buy a CTX 100. Everything went good love the Equipment, but he sold me attachment that does not fit my machine Correctly. When I contacted him about the situation about a month later, he said he would come out and Look at the attachment when he was in my area, He never showed. C... read more
I want to thank Ed and his technician for the professionalism and outstanding customer service I received. I highly recommend them
Don't buy equipment from this place or rely on them for anything other than picking up in stock items on the floor. They do have some decent employees, but not enough of them. They don't even answer the phone.
