I needed help with a stripped screw on my lawn mower caberator, I went in to ask if they could help? The service desk gentleman went in the back, and a few minutes later! Here he comes with not just the stripped screw, but all screws loosened!! Lol, that sounds funny! But they helped this old lady out!! Thank you RDO!
