On a freezing cold day my furnace quit. Research led me to Ron and his team. They arrived on time. They reviewed the situation and explained what they needed to do. It was an older furnace but after a thorough inspection it was repaired. They were professional , courteous and very easy to chat with. Would highly recommend.
The installation itself was well done. However, about a year after installation, the motor stopped working and I requested warranty service. The motor was replaced, but I was surprised to receive a bill that included multiple charges: a service call fee, labor, and a fee for picking up the replacement motor. While I understand that labor may not be covered, the additional charges seemed excessive and, in my understanding, should have been included under the warranty. These guys came over and fixed a problem where other furnace repairman came over, shrugged their shoulders, and told me I needed to replace a brand new upgraded motor because they did not know how to rewire the new motor I had. It was newer technology that most other servicemen probably aren't familiar with yet, nor wish to be I suppose. So they give me BS about how I need and *new* motor as well as everything else then charged me $100+ for token service fee.
