I’d have no hesitation recommending RDM for any residential electrical work in the greater cape ann region. Ryan was on time, within the original estimated cost, and communicated clearly over every phase of our project. 5 stars.
Ryan and team just finished re-wiring our entire renovated house in Rockport and we couldn't be happier! They are consummate pros and go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done right. Ryan also makes sure that they use high-quality equipment only and was so helpful in educating us throughout the process. We will definitely be using them again!

The team at RDM is incredible. They did a bunch of work for us associated with HVAC work - we have an older house that needed a panel upgrade as well as appropriate wiring/fixtures for our new heat pump/ducted system. They were communicative, responsive, efficient, friendly and provided great explanations as to why work needed to be done. Also just a nice group of people who clearly care about the quality of their work, inclusive of the necessary pieces of work that are communicating with the customer. Thank you!
Ryan and his crew did a great job of upgrading our new home: new heat, overhead recessed lightning, additional outlets and switches, etc. They work fast and they are NEAT -- they swept up before they left! Couldn't have asked for more.
