The reason for the 1 star is because how rude you were. I called to get a quote as you said for a wheel alignment. After you gave me the quote I respectfully asked if you were flexible on the price at all. Then you said "Sorry this is not a auction" and hung up on me while in the middle of talking. Then I call back and ask "why did you hang up on me I wanted to set up a appointment?" and you said "Sorry we're not accepting customers right now". Best garage I've been to. Upfront, honest, works with you and your schedule, quality work. I will always bring our vehicles to RDG.
Cannot say enough good things about the service here. Not only has Rich and his team helped me out of a bind personally, but when too busy to meet my timeline been humble enough to point me in a great direction. Affordable repairs, honest service and great attitude. If you don't have a "guy" yet, consider this an introduction.
