Would love to give this developer a high rating, but circumstances just don't allow for it. Prior to completion of the building, a fire rendered it a complete loss. Now the developer didn't turn tail run, they committed to rebuild. This was obviously great news as we really loved the building plan. That said, it is my opinion that the rebuild was rushed and corners were cut. Here we are 2-3 years in, and the building has seen two catastrophic floods, and a few minor ones. Their homeowner care technician, Yolanda is amazing. She did an excellent job on the repairs I needed and even fixed some issues that weren't part of the initial service request. I was so pleased!
This is the kind of ventilation RDG will "install" in your home. A hole in the wall. No filters to keep road pollutants from coming in. Nothing to keep potential bug infestations out. And the noise that vibrates through this cheap plastic vent will ruin your sleep. I would not buy and RDG building again, and would advise anyone else against them.
RDG Management is so slack in service and their receptionist has no knowledge and work ethics!!! I raised service request for month and the only response I received was an acknowledgement of my request. After I called three times, the receptionist at first said they didn't find my service request until I told her I was looking at the history of my service request right in front of me. I had really good service today. I have appointment at 9am this morning. she (Technician) came on time and worked amazing job for 2 hours 2 different areas.
