I've known Chris, Coburn, and Sam for years now, and I can tell you, they care about doing right by their clients. If you want to work with real estate developers who won't try to put their interests above yours, hire RDG. They're trustworthy guys.
Purchases a new home in 2022. Since then we have spent over $6000 on our first floor AC unit. Replaced compressor, coil, and now condensation pump. The tankless hot water heater was mounted outside but not properly insulated and in the winter would freeze up. The fireplace was not properly vented and the Sheetrock now cracks due to trapped heat.
